When this tool is useful
Merging PDFs is useful when invoices, reports, scanned pages or project documents arrive as separate files but need to be shared or archived together. One combined PDF is easier to send, store and review than a folder full of individual attachments.

What to know before you start
The pages are combined in the same order as the uploaded files. If page order inside a document needs changing, use Organize PDF first. Password-protected files may need to be unlocked before they can be merged.
Privacy and limits
Uploaded originals are deleted after processing. Downloadable results are deleted after download or automatically within 30 minutes. Free use includes 2 PDF tasks per day with files up to 10 MB; PRO provides higher limits.
